Muffin-Baking (Sunday, Jan 18, 2009)

I only bake banana muffins occasionally. Like when I feel like it and when I really put effort in finding the right bananas to be mashed and put them in the batter. Nevertheless, I enjoyed baking. There's no doubt about that!

This is the second tray and mom just couldnt help it and just grabbed one while it's still hot!!

They are just heavenly.

And here are the banana muffins baking away.

This is the first tray all ready to go into the oven.

This is my left over batter after I have filled up like half or 3-quarter of it.
