They looked so lovely. Here they are my first tray before putting them in the oven.
It was Sunday, April 19, 2009. It's my elder Ahmad's 39th birthday. And I baked muffins again this time with orange filling. The first few times I baked muffins with fillings, I was not an expert like I am today. Now, I know how to cover the muffins so that the filling stays in side and melts like hot fillings. Enjoy the above pictures.
