Muffin-Baking (Monday, March 16, 2009)

I managed to send some of these back to mom in Malacca. Of course, when heated up in the microwave, mom ate more than 3!! Hehe...!

I think I only managed to take the first tray pic before the baking. But it was two trays I think.

It was school holidays. I was on MC and was waiting for Rayyannah to come so that we can bake muffins together. We had a great time baking. We baked kiwi muffins with kiwi-fillings and chocolate chips. Enjoy the pictures.
