Brownie-baking (Sunday, Apr 19, 2009)

I truly cant remember, when I did the chocolate sauce and top all for portions and to whom I gave these brownies to.

The forth portion with the cheesy mint sauce.

The third portion with the cheesy mint sauce.

The second portion with the cheesy mint sauce.

Then I cut the brownies into four portions. This is the first portion with the cheesy mint sauce.

Then made the cheesy mint sauce.

I baked one large tray.

This is my third attempt of brownie baking according to the MWW's recipe again. However, these pics were taken up to the cheesy mint sauce later and as far as I remembered, I gave some to Madd my student to eat, as well as, to take home, and after that, I started to make the double layer brownies. Enjoy the pictures.
