Nasi Pakistan

I have always cooked rice the way I know my mom cook it.  Bila dah balik ke negeri Atif, dah belajar cara mana mak dia masak nasi, aku rasa, kalu aku masak mcm tu dah lama aku memboyak lagi. Alangkan skrg ni tak masak pakai ghee aku rasa aku dah memboyak. Cara memasak nasi pakistan ni adalah sgt sama dgn masak nasi minyak dan ghee tu sila la letak dua senduk besar ye.. kim slm le kalu aku nak masak cari itu.. tp aku buat jugak sbb aku syg laki aku.. dan skrg ni wpun aku tak letak ghee mcm mak mentua aku buat, aku nengok, laki aku makan.. laju je.. kira ok la tu kan kan kan.. ahakss.. 

Tak ingat pulak ni kali ke berapa puya gambar yg aku amik aku try masak nasi cara mak dia.. tp dia kata, tada letak2 cili2 ni suma.. ok lah.. len kali tak letak ya bang..

Dah byk kali gak aku amik gambar nasi yg aku masak ni tp entah mana gambar2 yg aku dah upload nak cari satu persatu aku tak ingat.. so ni aku letak aje gambar2 yg mana aku ada.  Syarat2nya goreng or tumis bawang smpi ala ala nak hangus baru letak air the didihkan air, letak garam ya.. pastu baru letak nasi.. kalu nak lemak berkrim disukai ramai, letak le dua sudu ghee tu.. tp jangan salahkan aku kalu bdn mcm tong lepas ni ye..

 Dan selalunya bila sudah masak begini akan di sejukkan dahulu ya.. tuan tuan dan puan puan.. tu pun kalu tak dibalunnya oleh Atif kalu panas2 mahu dua pinggan..

Dan kemudian selepas sejuk, dimasukkan ke dalam bekas2 seperti ni utk satu kali makan.. so this is 5 meals per box.. 

Dan inilah gambar terakhir aku masak nasi pakistan. Lepas ni aku tak yah amik2 gambar lagi dah..  hehe..

Selera Hari Jumaat, Jan 21, 2011 (Makan Malam aka Dinner)

Hari Jumaat adalah hari off Atif.  This particular day we had our meals at the warung2 just outside Giant Mall Kelana Jaya. Dah byk kali lalu tmpt ni nampak ada gerai makan ni.. Ala ala uptown gitu.. Food to me quite pricey.. Portion biasa2 aje mcm uptown damansara jugak.. 

Malam ni selera just otak-otak aje.

I had cincau suam and Atif kata nak air suam aje tp dia balunnya cincau ku jugak.. sigh..

Atif ordered Nasi Goreng USA yang to him.. tak la sesedap mana..

Thursday, Jan 20, 2011 (Thaipusam Day)

Early morning lg I received a text from Shahril, Sharahah's husband, that Sha was admitted to SJMC.  I straight away called him and he told me Sha is in ICU due to bad asthma attack.  I quickly called Shireen.  Atif and I met Shireen, Azlan, and her kids at about 10am that day.  Sha's condition was pretty bad.  But Sha was discharged on Sunday, Jan 23, 2010 and I spent the whole afternoon with her.  Promised with Shireen that we go breakfast with Sha on Tuesday, Jan 24, 2010. So we did.

Ni la kuih muih yg aku makan for breakfast with Sha and Shireen.

Wednesday, Jan 25, 2011.  I took Sha again to SJMC in the morning with intention to extend her MC which is due on that day.  But later in the afternoon, Sha collapsed again at her mom house.  Sib baik Shafiq lari aje ke rumah aku so I sent her to the ER and the very day, as I came home from Zafura's house, my car radiator broke down.

Contacted Yong Yong and she sent me Stanley. Thursday, Jan 26 ajak Shireen gi tengok Sha and tumpang Shireen gi bank.

Ni kuih muih makan kat Cafe SJMC sblm gi tgk Sha kat ICU.

Keta dpt tp masih tak ok. Anta balik, Fri, Jan 27 pinjam keta kancil Sha sbb Atif nak pegi ke Piramid and visited Sha again. 

Ni la bilik Sha. 

Managed to get two pairs of working pants for Atif and he had his food there.  As usual, Atif went for nasi campur and nescafe.

Atif makan nasi campur yg sgt mahal pada kami kat food court JJ di Piramid ni.

I had wafito classic sbb teringin pulak benda ni.

Keta masih tak ok then. Allah aje yg tahu perasaan ku waktu itu. I was so down. I felt so down when my car broke down.  Rasa mcm patah kaki gila waktu tu.

Selera Hari Isnin, Jan 24, 2011 (Restoren Yanti, Subang Parade)

Ayu was still not feeling well but her appetite has somewhat improved.. So we headed to Subang Parade for lunch.  Food was quite good here though. Pricey to my liking but since it's good, we didnt mind paying.  Enjoy the pics.

I forgot the name of this shop.  Been here before with Atif. On a Sunday jugak tak silap. Quite expensive the food. Rasa ok ok jugak lah.

Selera Hari Sabtu, Jan 22, 2011 (JomBali Cafe, Carrefour, SJ)

It was a Saturday and Ayu (my best bud) was feeling a bit under the weather. So she asked me to join her for dinner and we were both looking for something soupy-soupy.  We headed to JomBali Cafe and ordered this. Food is so so and ok ok aje.. 

This was Ayu's bihun soup. Quite nice.

This was my dinner but I forgot the name. So so ajelah..

Selera Hari Selasa, Feb 1, 2011 (Uptown)

Setelah penat membaking Ayu ajak makan ke Uptown mlm tu. Together with Ita and Syima. We called up Sue to join us tp Sue just had dinner and we had called a little too late. So here are the pictures of food tht we ordered.  Entah kenapa, Ayu's kue teow goreng bought at Bintang Henry dah tak sesedap dulu. The rest of the food suma ok aje.. Dah hilang bisanya kot.. Dulu tak silap stall Bintang Henry ni masuk magazine Galaxy and noted as the best char kuey teow in Uptown.. 

I only ate the otak-otak 2 tray and that's abt it with lime juice no ice. Ayu had lee chee kang panas.

This was Syima's ABC with milo on top. Kekonon volcano le tu.. hehe..

Then I ordered sotong goreng tepung. That's Ita's nasi and tomyam campur.

Ita also ordered telur bungkus and sotong goreng.

Ni la rupa Ayu's kue teow goreng with no taugeh and isi ayam aje yg sooooo tak sedap!

Syima ordered  western that nite.
