Hence we realise just normal chocolate chips and a bit of sugar sprinkle is enough.

Once they are done, they looked quite nice actually.

The first tray baking away in the oven.

The first tray before going into the oven. But they taste damn sweet.

These pictures of muffin baking sessions were with coloured and chocolate rice. But mom and I realised it was not necessary. The muffins were already sweet.

Of course not all goes to the doctors. Mom too. Hehe...!

Here I am packing these muffins for Malacca.

Here they are baking away in the oven.

Then I found some green coloured rice.

This is the 2nd tray.

It does look quite nice though. Well, at least to me. Hehe..!

The first time I bake this muffins and put chocolate and coloured rice.

I baked these muffins before I went back to Malacca to give to Dr Hasuarina who attended to me at Hospital Besar Melaka. She was no longer there, so I just gave to Dr Yvonne instead. I hope she shared them with the nurses. And I hope they enjoyed them. Enjoy the pictures above.

However, the orange marmalade filling is pretty heavy and does not stay in the middle, instead, it drops to the bottom.

They turned out quite nice actually.

Here they are baking away in the oven.

I tried baking Orange Poppy Seed muffins just a few days after baking the kiwi muffins. I put orange-marmalade fillings. Enjoy the pictures above.

I think I only managed to take the first tray pic before the baking. But it was two trays I think.

It was school holidays. I was on MC and was waiting for Rayyannah to come so that we can bake muffins together. We had a great time baking. We baked kiwi muffins with kiwi-fillings and chocolate chips. Enjoy the pictures.

Muffin-Baking (Tues, Jan 27, 2009)

All I can remember, everybody at home is crazy about this sugary stuff. As for me, I only enjoy baking and looking at them. And perhaps taking pictures of them. Hehe.

The 2nd tray was put in the large muffin pans that we already have.

I used the big muffin cups that my best bud Hafie gave me.

CNY 2009. Muffin-baking session. Chocolate muffins with white and strawberry chips. Enjoy the pictures above.
